Santiago was aggressive to gain project, so we asked him to fix the water leak of shower head, they came quickly but they didn’t fix the leak and also they put the shower lever back in different angle, so we didn’t have hot water, I paid him $250, which was way higher than my previous contractor for this easy job, since that didn’t fix the leak and we got into trouble having no hot water because of them, I tried to call Santiago, sent messages, but he’s never responded, how ridiculous is this, he overcharged us for nothing, I even wonder if they got business license, they are very unprofessional team, they should not cheat customer like this, I regret using them and the home advisor website as they probably don’t check who they have in their contracter.
