I was having difficulty getting someone to come replace my Navien tankless water heater that had a burned out heat exchanger. I finally used a Home Service network and received a call from Phil on a Tuesday. We agreed on a price over the phone and made an appointment to have the water heater installed in two days, on Thursday at 1 PM. Phil showed up exactly on time, we had a short discussion about what he would do and he set to work. He had to adjust the outflow line slightly because it had been installed incorrectly for the previous water heater. It took about 3 hours for him to do the installation and for us to test it out. Phil was knowledgable, experienced, and a pleasure to deal with. I think he went above and beyond to get this all done in a very short time and his price was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend this company for this type of work. I would definitely use them again.
