Jenny Service Company

I had the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service by whomever answered the phone today. This company was contracted out by my home warranty company to go on a service call at my property. Being that I live out of state, my tenant set up the service call. She was hounded by the technician to pay the deductible before service, however, she wad not responsible for it, I was. I tried to call the number to arrange payment for the deductible only to be greeted in the rudest way possible over the phone. He didn't answer with the company name or even his name. He answered, "yea, what do you want? " Once I told him who I was, he began going on a rampage about my tenant and how he didn't understand why "she wouldn't pay the deductible after paying hundreds of dollars for a home warranty." When I FINALLY got the man to shut up long enough to tell him that I was the homeowner and therefore responsible for the deductible, he began cussing at me and hung up on me. I tried to call back to get a customer service rep and got that nasty unnamed man again. I asked him if he would like to receive business today or not, and if so, he needed to address my tenant and myself in a better tone. He laughed at me and hung up again. What on earth is this man's problem and what would cause him to blow up without reason? ! I would NEVER give my business to this company EVER. Would you want such a loose canon in your home?

I have a home warranty through Select. My property is in Ohio, and I rent it out. My AC just went out today and my tenant requested service. The man who called me, immediately began to yell at me about why "this lady refuses to pay her deductible, yet paid 100s of dollars a year for the warranty", meanwhile, I was trying to get a word in to inform the guy that it was MY property and "that lady" was my tenant, and therefore isn't responsible for the deductible. He cussed at me and hung up the phone on me. I called the number back hoping to get a customer service member, but got the man again. I told him that I would be filing a complaint with the BBB. He told me he didn't care. i think this behavior is EXTREMELY unprofessional and I don't understand why the man had to come out hot and angry from the get go. He will NOT be receiving business from me.
