JLCN tile works

Very nice couple!! Horrible craftsmanship!!!! Stay away. The shower was upstairs and I had them tile and install the drain. The drain wasn't installed correctly the first time and it flooded the down stairs bathroom. They got their plumber to repair it correctly. The drain was now higher than the floor so instead of breaking up the floor and doing it correctly they just put a new mud bed on top of existing floor. Didn't let the mud bed dry completely so now there are several sunken places that holds water, I used river rock for the floor tile. Also a piece of tile has become loose on the threshold. They tried making right but made it worse. Told them not to come back to try to correct these issues, I will pay someone else to do it right. The walls look amazing!! But the floor and threshold are a s disaster! Please go with another contractor! Totally dissatisfied!!
