The opaque stain was the correct solution as the wood was not uniformly taking the clear stain. When the opaque color dried in a tint you disliked it then was difficult to correct. I did reach out to you in a email when I found out about the touch up needed so we could correct any and all issues however it was not responded to. The painting is usually completed by our inhouse employees (like the carpentry was) however they were tied up when your house was scheduled for paint. We used a sub who is one of the best painters in Clark county. We have had lots of good reviews and excellent projects completed by him however his son passed away and it affected his mindset and performance. As mentioned in the email to you, we want to make things right and would be more than happy to resolve your punch list of repainting the wall and cleaning as needed.
