R & L Haul Away

READ TO THE END... R&L Haul Away has been our trash service for years. I've never had a complaint until Tuesday, when our trash collectors were caught throwing rocks at Walker, our dog that mind you is in a fenced yard and an Aussie so he's a barker, but can not get to them. I called the office yesterday to voice my complaint and after telling the young lady that answered what happened, I assumed that would be it. Didn't really expect my complaint to get to anyone that cared. HOWEVER, 1 hour later I get a call from the owner of the company that voiced his deep apologies for their actions and guaranteed me that they would be reprimanded for their actions. He said that is not the way he expects his employees to represent his company and apologized over and over. Again, I thought that would be the end of it until 6:00p.m. that very day, I get a call from the owners number again, but this time it was the two trash collectors that called to apologize themselves. Said their actions were unacceptable and they were sorry and guaranteed it would not ever happen again if I would allow them to continue to collect our trash. I don't know many companies that take a complaint this far to make sure it is addressed, and make those responsible call and admit their actions to those effected and personally apologize. I truly believe it will not happen again and I highly recommend this company, for the owner cares about his customers and therefore sets good work ethic examples for his employees!! Give them a call!!
