Creation Landscapes LLC

There are a lot of Landscape companies to choose from in this area. I live in St James, NC. I had used the same landscape company for 5 years. Everything was OK, the grass was cut, bushed trimmed, etc. I didn't see the manager often and he was not very responsive to my calls and texts. The about 3 months ago dead patches began showing up in my yard. My former landscaper said they were pearl bugs and nothing could be done about it. A friend suggested I have Deck at Creation Landscapes look at it. Come to find out, they were not pearl bugs, but damage caused to the root system caused by pre-emergent. Deck took his time to explain what had happened, what to expect and how to fix it. He spent an hour with us. I went from expecting my lawn to never get better, to understanding my problem. It required the dead sod to be removed and some new sod to be put in. The crew that installed the sod was professional and my lawn has never looked better. Deck is very professional and knowledgeable and will take the time to explain things in a way that makes sense. I have already recommended a neighbor to Creation Landscapes and will continue to do so.

I have been with Creation Landscape for 4 years. I requested that the weeds on each side of my deck be sprayed (this is part of the contract but needed to call to request this be done.). I had just planted 7 hostas on one side which cost me about $3.50 each and 4 lemon grass on the other side. After the spray (I was not home when it was done) a week later they started to die and when I spoke to the "area supervisor" he told me it could not have been from the spraying. After a while on the phone the "supervisor" who had not been to my house but I sent him pictures did not take responsibility, so I ended my contract. So far I have spent $8.50 on 2 new hostas of which Creation Landscape could have replaced, but instead I was left no choice but to terminate. So Creation Landscape lost a 4 year customer for $8.50 . Great business model. The new "supervisor" needs a lesson in customer service.
