Rick the owner does not pay his contractors, he has done this to several other contractors, he take your money and never pays the hard working people that completes the job, he does this cause he has a family member that is supposly a lawyer, and he thinks he can get away with it. When a the GC doesn't pay the contractor just be aware that the Contractor has the right to file a lien on your house and if you don't pay the balance even though you already paid Rick your house can be taken away from you. I would stay cleat away from this business or Rick Dusek. Loom at his google review and Facebook. If you search his name on Facebook you will see how many people talk about how much he owes people. He owes thousands of dollars to contractors.
