Hello, I'm Martin Chaney a 3rd generation union trained plasterer that turned into a General contractor. I'm currently licensed and bonded for the cities of Lakewood, Cleveland Heights and Twinsburg, which means I can easily get one in your town if needed. I have a crew of quality, union trained, conscientious tradesmen/ women that are highly skilled in all the facets of building. Which allows us to give you the ultimate experience of having a trade specialist on your project. When it comes to dust control; we believe there's no such thing as over-protecting your work areas or too much plastic. The difference between me or anyone else is, that we use 3 layers of tarping not including a padded drop cloth to absorb impacts. We even build temporary partitions with doors in order to leave your domain dust, drop-free and usually cleaner than when we 1st arrived. Due to the covid virus we check all of our workers daily and provide them with masks to be worn around Clients at all times.

I am handicapped. I needed a porch for the side of my house, and rails. Mr Chaney sent Casey to my house. Casey built the porch of my dreams. We have never had used our side door because their was never any way to get down. Hard worker, nice person, and now I have a nice, roomy platform with very sturdy wooded rails to get down the steps. I definitely would recommend him.AAA+++

I first hired him 20 years ago to do some exterior stucco on my house and it's still crack free. He has also done a superb job matching my interior plaster mouldings. Mr. Chaney is a one of a kind craftsman that I have recommended to all of my friends and family.

Traditional Brick and stucco Tudor | Jul 2020 | This was a total makeover for this century home which involved replacing rotted cedar boards and installing new ones that were custom fitted to the same dimensions along with matching the stain of the original boards that were removed. All existing stucco in between the boards were then patched to match the existing texture and color. Tuck pointing also took place in all the areas needed around the house matching the texture and color of course. The project escalated into removing water damaged wood and plaster in the basement. Then replacing it with new wood and drywall after new electrical lines, a breaker box with a new meter were installed | $18k | Shaker Heights, OH |
