We are a small company that offers high quality craftsmanship and cost effective design on time and in budget. The owner, Scot Shapiro, has been a licensed general contractor since March 1986, A Certified Graduate Remodeler since January 1994, and a Certified Aging in Place Specialist since May 2002. He is also a Certified by the EPA to do Lead Paint Renovation and Repair. Scot was selected 'Remodeler of the Year' for 1994, 95, & 96 by his peers in the Remodelers Council of the HBA of Central NM
