Demo of existing tub and platform. Expose existing drain (removal of dirt and concrete) and construction of custom shower pan and drain. New faucet and showerhead installed. Waterproofing of all shower and shower adjacent wall and floor surfaces. Custom tile installed on curved surface. New tile and glass block bench with LED lighting installed in shower. Glass block privacy wall constructed. New lighting fixtures (4) installed (including new switches wired for in-shower bench lighting. Permanent installation of freestanding vanity cabinet (retrofit of sewing cabinet for vessel sink and additional shelf added to cabinet). Vessel sink and waterfall faucet and plumbing installed. Custom paint on all surfaces. Shelves and decorations plus full length mirror installed. New linen closet door installed (antiqued door including antique door handle). Demo of existing window. Install of glass block window with hatch style open double pane insert (including window moulding installed interior and exterior installed, sealed and painted). Install of new vanity mirror. All final cleaning done and decoration details added. All construction and demo debris hauled off and disposed of.
