Victor and his crew did a good job at putting on the TPO roof, but he left the job incomplete and I had unfortunately already paid him. He has now been ignoring calls and emails, which is highly unprofessional. It has come to the point that we are going to small claims over the issue. Make sure to get a contract in writing as they claim to have a 5-year warranty, but apparently do not live up to their word as you cannot contact them after they have been paid. Buyer beware.
