HORRIBLE! Called for an outside emergency plumbing issue. Our guy was unprofessional by arriving 2 hours late and was very rude and rushed. He quoted what he was going to do and said he was going to add a shut off valve and patch up the ceiling. I hate to say this but very dishonest work. Shut off valve work quoted as additional price towards end of job when lead to believe it was already included the price. Open patch in ceiling saying our newly remodeled home wasn't up to code. Make sure everything is written down on contact. If he says he's going to screw a nail in make sure he writes it down on the contact. Called the very next day and no one ever came out like they promised. Please don't make the same mistake as me, go with someone else who doesn't have billboards on the highway from robbing people.
