I have been working with Epic Alarm for over a year and my experience has never been anything but EPIC. Their team is incredibly responsive, accommodating and also extremely supportive of my goals as a property owner. They are always fair with me and upfront about what they can do for us. They're great people to be around and our tenants love them!! I cannot recommend Epic Alarm more. They are truly a wonderful company to work with!!

Epic Alarm is one of those rare companies everyone dreams of but only rarely finds. They were responsive, transparent, and thorough from my first call to inquire about pricing to the completion of my installation. Neil came out and hooked everything up the next day. He was friendly and taught me everything I needed to know about the system before leaving. I've now had my system for about 3 months and I LOVE all the features! At night, I turn off all the lights, lock all the doors, and turn the temperature down all from my bed using my phone. I also get notifications if I leave my garage door open, which comes in handy being somewhat absent-minded. I looked at 5 different companies, and I'm glad I went with Epic.
