I would highly recommend use someone else. His work on our home has failed every inspection, some 2 times. Had to hire professional electricians, professional plumbers and a professional builder to redo all the mess. He works when he wants, some days only 3 hours, other days never shows up. I recommend hiring a state license contractor, ask to see his license, call your local inspectors office to check. As it's my personal opinion, avoid the months of lectures he gives out, and his slow work ethics, Have someone who is state certified license to do any form of work on your home...
