Upgraded both master and center hall bathrooms. In the master bathroom, removed existing floor and 1/4 sub floor and installed six (6) sheets of Dura Rock; installed approximately ninety-four (94) square feet of tile. Removed decorative boards on front of tub. Removed tile on top of bathtub and apron. Installed approximately thirty-five (35) square feet of tile around the bathtub. Demoed shower. Installed vapor barrier and shower pan membrane. Installed five (5) sheets of Dura Rock. Installed approximately one hundred two (102) square feet of tile in shower surround and basin.

Fabricated 12x21 screen porch using existing deck and added a new 6x6 wood deck with 60 linear feet of handrail. All materials used were treated lumber, vinyl soffit siding and PVC trim. A shed style roof was built using 2x6 rafters. Installed two 21x45 sky lights. Lattice was installed around the bottom of the porch for a finished appearance.

Installed approximately thirty-two (32) square feet of backsplash wall tile in kitchen. Removed and replaced kitchen light fixture. Installed two (2) receptacle boxes. Installed kitchen microwave cabinet and painted to match existing cabinets. Installed microwave and restructured duct. Removed and replaced four (4) receptacles and two (2) light switches.

Moved plumbing to accommodate new bathroom layout. Installed 60 vanity. Install new toilet (Kohler Cimarron 6.1 gal. flush). Fabricated and installed approximately fourteen (14) square feet of level 1 granite countertops. Installed porcelain under mount sink. Removed subfloor to gain access to plumbing pipes and installed new subfloor. Removed existing floor and installed approximately ninety-three (93) square feet of tile; thin set, hardy backer board and grout included. Frame for shower. Removed and replaced all base and shoe molding. Fabricated shower pan. Prepared walls for shower using vapor barrier plastic and dura rock. Tiled approximately one hundred fourteen (114) square feet for shower surround. Fabricated and installed semi-frameless shower door.
