I recently had to use them, when visiting my grandmother. We needed to get into the shed in the back that they had lost the key for forever ago! Luckily we called the right company! Everyone involved seemed to sympathize with my situation and was very efficient. They technician not only opened the lock but re-keyed it to where it opens with the house key now at no extra charge! I was very pleased with the entire experience and will be reusing this company in the future!
