Bathroom renovation for a single man. Installed a new tub, tub faucetry, Onyx shower walls with tile mosaic inserts. New vanity along with storage closet. Bathroom floor is porcelain tile that looks like weathered wood. Tiled behind the vanity mirror with matching mosaic tile and then a new semi-framless shower door.

Basement renovation in which we removed 2 walls that made up an old bedroom and closet to reveal a new walk through area for a theatre room. Added a new wall at the opposite end of the basement along with custom shelving and a french door making a new bedroom. We also installed a new exterior french door going out to the pool. We also opened up a new entrance into the kitchen area giving them 2 access points. Installed new countertops for the bar and the kitchen. Installed new lighting and repainted the walls.

Basement started out with concrete walls so we framed out the basement, added all of the electrical, drywall, paint, electric fireplace, surround sound system, custom shelving and cabinet, kitchen cabinets, tiling for countertops and fireplace hearth, custom barn wood mantel, custom glass backsplash, custom slate tile around fireplace, vinyl laminate flooring and blacked out sprayed ceiling. Also redesigned the bedroom in the basement and repainted and decorated the bedroom along with the entire basement.

Homeowners bought a new home that the previous homeowner had remodeled themselves and just didn't quite make sense. So we gutted the entire kitchen and started over. We even matched the floor from the living room into the kitchen, moved the sink to a new location and made better use of the new cabinetry space. Added granite countertops and stone backsplash.
