We signed a contract with Frankie for a deck face lift. He presented himself as very professional, citing references and presenting pictures of completed work. After day one, when he sent a sub-contractor to prep the deck, we were so unsatisfied with the quality of work, we contacted him to work towards an amenable solution. Unfortunately, he never showed back up, returned calls, or had the professional courtesy to complete the work he started. As a result, we fired him and sought a refund, as he left our deck in worse shape than he found it. Partial refund sent, because he "had to pay the guy and if we want the rest of our money, we can go after him ourselves". Unprofessional and not reliable. Caution to the next customer...be very specific in your contract language and get a timeline!

Enthusiastic about my exterior painting and wood repair job from Day One. Came out several times before submitting a bid to ensure what work needed to be done and discuss options with my wife and I. Estimate was reasonable and despite encountering some unexpected additional work and changes, everything was fully explained and agreed to before proceeding. Work was top-notch and finished to my satisfaction at a reasonable cost. I would recommend to anyone in the area in need of similar services.
