Winner of the 2013 Gold OBIE Award for Best Green Remodeled Home 2000+ Sq. Ft! | Sep 2013 | This bungalow, located in the trendy Virginia-Highlands neighborhood of Atlanta, was brought back to life with a complete renovation to the homes interior and exterior. The homeowners really wanted to keep the older look, but introduce more modern features. While the home required an extensive demolition due to rotten and termite-infested wood, the homeowners took the opportunity to update their home and add space for better functionality. Also, this Earthcraft renovation features a new, efficient HVAC system, and all-new electrical wiring and plumbing systems; these new systems will help to ensure reduced utility bills for the new space. | Atlanta, GA | ||
