We will wear shoe covers to protect Your pretty hardwood floors while carrying our tools and material into your home and When we do find a leak we completly repair it with a new part, not patch it and use the existing part. When we finish the job, our goal is to clean our work areas, cleaner then it was when we got there. As this being a small company, we see our customers as friends, rather then clients. If you are reading this review you are a wise person. If you do not take the time out to check out the contractor before having them do the work the outcome may not be what you expect. My story is similar to others who have posted reviews and filed complaints. This guy is a shape-shifter. One who will change his appearance in order to achieve his goal, get your hard earned money. Quite frankly this guy’s skill is less than a qualified handyman and please do not leave anything lying around small tools, etc. He comes with dazzling charm and speaks with intellect but when you pull the covers back the scary truth will reveal itself. I hired him for roughed in plumbing on a remodel. The work was so substandard it was appalling. I will let my pictures and the other reviews speak for themselves. (Res ipsa loquitur) So now I have told you my experience, you have a choice. Do your due diligence before this smooth talking bandit steals your wallet.

Paid $3000 for work to be done, everything was against code. Do not use Will Bird, he will screw you and your client. Had two professional plumbers out questioning why in the world he would do something like that. Claims a 5 year warranty but when having issues he will ignore all calls and texts! Save yourself time and money and call someone who actually knows what they are doing!

Came out to a business for a plumbing issue… Said that he guaranteed his work that there’s a warranty on anything that he does…… So our toilet was clogged… He came out… Did whatever and said not to use it for 46 hours… Said that he dumps chemical down the main line. So after five hours I flush it… Same problem… Still clogged… I have persistently reached out to him to come back and fix the problem for two weeks now… He took my money and ran and didn’t complete the job. The times I did speak with him he kept coming up with excuses and he even used a Covid scare as an excuse not to come back which I think is just fucking disgusting. He’s a piece of shit… Don’t hire this guy
