Mike Hoy-Owner Thanks for taking the time to visit our profile! As the owner & operator of Hoy Enterprises I have over 20 years in the construction field and have honed my skills working on additions, foundations, decks and patios, framing, drywall, trim, roofing, general carpentry, cabinet making, painting, tiling, and welding. I also offer custom metal designs for your home such as gates, railings, wine cellar doors and staircases. For the past ten years my focus has been on building home additions and remodeling bathrooms, kitchens and fireplaces. Most recently I have worked on homes in Cherry Hills Village, Castle Pines, Greenwood Village, Highlands Ranch and Parker. If you choose Hoy Enterprises to work on a project in your home you are not just hiring a general contractor; I look at each project as my canvas and enjoy seeing what I can create as a finished product. I especially enjoy working with homeowners in the initial stages of a project offering design ideas, practical solutions for challenging spaces, and discussing options for materials to create a beautiful finished product. If you have any large projects and are not sure where to start I have relationships with respected architects and engineers to provide blueprints for the home you envision. I always do my best to keep the lines of communication open throughout any project to ensure that the homeowner is always completely satisfied with the end result. These types of projects not only add beauty but also value to your home. My number one goal is to make your home a work of art. Please reach out to us if you have any questions or if you would like to schedule a free estimate.

Really disappointed. Couldn't even work with my schedule for an ESTIMATE! Unbelievable really. I guess if you have more work than you can handle, you can be choosier than others.

Mike removed our entire 1981 kitchen and helped us design a completely new dining/kitchen area which included eliminating walls, taking out the false ceiling adding multiple can lights and extending the original kitchen footprint. Mike and his subcontractors transformed our mediocre and small kitchen into a dynamic modern restaurant style adaptation. We appreciate and respect Mike's expertise and demeanor and refer him to all our friends and family. We highly recommend Mike and will be using him again for our Master Bath redesign! John & Ann Roy

Master bathroom home addition | Jan 2014 | Historic ranch had a 3/4 master bathroom with small closet. Designed and built an addition with full modern master bathroom including huge walk-in closet, spacious custom shower, seperate undermount tub, and skylights for natural light. | $180k | Greenwood Village, CO
Basement Remodeling | The homeowners were looking for a place to host guests and enjoy some social time. So we designed the bar area with that in mind, and knowing they have younger children we made sure the cabinets looked beautiful but also locked. That way they could keep little hands out. At the conclusion the homeowners were thrilled with the outcome. | $26k | Aurora, CO
Kitchen Remodeling | The homeowners on this project requested that we refinish and reuse their old cabinets and reconfigure the cabinet layout. Fortunately, that was no problem as we do custom build cabinets. The outcome was a success, we designed and built some custom cabinets to fill in gaps where their old cabinets wouldn't fill in. We also made the island, another custom built piece to fit in this kitchen perfectly. You will notice the sink is now in the island instead of on the exterior wall, the cooktop is relocated and the refrigerator is now on the wall behind the island. The result is a beautiful and much more functional kitchen. | $43k | Parker, CO
Custom Cabinetry | The homeowner was looking to beautify their old fireplace but also utilize the space best. So we designed and built a new mantle, then added built in shelving and sitting areas on both sides. One other thing they really wanted was also a cabinet that could hideaway the TV. So we recessed a cabinet into the wall that opens and reveals the TV. But when closed its just a nice looking cabinet. | $23k | Centennial, CO
Custom Stonework | The homeowner had a built in TV and gas fireplace unit. They didn't like the look of it and they wanted something that would enhance the mountain like home they envisioned. We redesigned it and transformed it into a wood burning fireplace trimmed all in cedar with a butcher block cedar mantle. Surrounded with slate stacked stone this 360 degree fireplace became the focal point of the space and transformed the room. | $26k | Castle Pines, CO
Shower Refinishing | This project the homeowner wanted us to remove the old tile on the bathroom floor, tub deck and shower. He also wanted a custom shower pan. Once it was all removed we installed the new tile chosen by the client. As you can see it turned out really nice. | $11k | Aurora, CO |
