From initial plans and permitting to the final walkthrough and key handoff, we handle every step in house. Our services include custom homes, insurance restoration, structural modifications (including load-bearing wall removals), full renovations, ADUs, additions, and kitchen and bathroom remodels. We also build custom outdoor living spaces designed to fit each homeowner’s needs and lifestyle. When insurance is involved, we work on the homeowner’s side, handling scope development, supplements, documentation, and full reconstruction. Our focus is on code compliant builds, clear documentation, communication and making sure the work is done correctly the first time.

Please do not use. Came, damaged my clients home, and left. Then threatened my company and myself to pay his remaining balance although he left us to pay for repairs. Please be cautious.

| Beyond Borders paverstone walkways | May 2024 | We recently undertook a comprehensive overhaul of the walkways and landscaping at a residential property. Our team demolished all the existing walkways, including one in the backyard, and designed a new pathway across the yard that was not previously there. We enhanced the flowerbeds by adding nicotine limestone and made significant improvements to the sprinkler system to ensure optimal irrigation. Our work also involved the removal of tree stones, totaling 225 pounds, and the installation of substantial materials to create a visually appealing and durable landscape. We used 4 tons of black gravel and 10 tons of limestone pavers, each measuring 2 x 4 feet and 2 1/4 inches thick. The logistical coordination required for this project was extensive, but our experienced team managed it seamlessly. The result is a beautiful, functional outdoor space that significantly enhances the property's curb appeal and usability.
