I was referred to Nolasco Plumbing by a general contractor. Juan was prompt in calling me back and meeting me the same day to give me a quote. He is also responsive to text messaging. He patiently understood that I had another estimate the following day before I would make my decision as to whose bid I would accept. He listened to my prior "burns" from home repairs that needed to be later redone. He assured me that his work was up to code as he prides himself on his workmanship and customer service. He stood behind his work and would be accountable if it did not pass permit inspection. He helped explain other things about plumbing that I had no idea about until my water heater sprang a leak for the first time, requiring me to seek his services. He got the job done within the same day and I felt comfortable to have him return for another plumbing job that I had been putting off.

My water heater stopped working and it was still under warranty by Home depot. Home Depot gave me the run around with having to get the gas turned off, remove the water and all this would have to be done on Monday, this would leave me without hot water for 3 days. I called around to get quotes and everyone wanted to charge way too much just to come to my house. A friend recommended Juan from Nolasco Plumbing and so I gave them a call. Juan came out the following day to take a look at my water heater and he said I needed to buy a replacement valve, which I could find at Home Depot.
