Allmaster Builders, Inc. has been serving Maryland since 1987. We are privately owned, licensed, bonded and insured. Our, President John Locantore has been in the construction and home improvement industry for more than 40 years. He has spent more than 16 years training and consulting in the basement waterproofing and structural repair industry. John has also testified as an expert witness in both Maryland and Virginia.
