Precision Finishes painted my (empty) condo consisting of about 2600 sf and installation of shelving in a pantry closet. They encouraged me to let them start before renovations began and I reluctantly agreed although it would mean I'd have to clean baseboards/trim before and after construction to ensure painting would not be done over grime accumulated for 14 years. The lead painter was always playing on his phone when I'd stop by to take measurements for various construction tasks. Based on the finished product that may have been why there is a room that was not finished (no corners, cutting in or ceiling was painted), many areas of thin/non-existent paint, ceiling paint applied to trim, and trim paint applied to ceiling. They have not resolved the painting problems. The shelving they wanted to install was damaged. The brackets they installed for the 12-inch shelving were meant for 15-inch shelving. The shelving was resolved.

Joe was excellent! He was friendly and professional. Quality work at the lowest price I could find. I would recommend to anyone needing indoor or outdoor painting!
