From start to finish, they were prompt with response time and worked hard to ensure COVID safety was a priority (contactless pay, sending updates with pictures and videos, and masks!) I always felt well informed and they made sure I understood each step even when we found way worse damage than expected. Very positive experience overall. My Daughter had a leak in her roof. A rep from Kelbie roofing came out and diagnosed the problem. They offered a full replacement and a repair option. My daughter was not able to afford the full replacement, so she opted for the repair. They were quick to get out and did a very good job on the repair.
