Gene Hines Jr. of Hines Handyman Services is a wolf in sheep’s clothing! Under false pretense, he committed a crime in which he intentionally and fraudulently took personal property without my permission or consent and with the intent to convert it to his personal use. Gene Hines Jr. was just waiting for the right time to seize the moment. On December 18, 2019, I was scheduled to meet with him regarding his handyman services. To my misfortune, I was unable to meet with him due to a prior business engagement. However, he offered to send pictures of the work he supposedly had completed. When I went to inspect the work to my dismay, no work had been done. The whole entire operation was fictitiously staged. On the 19th of December, neighbors called to inform me that my personal property had been removed off the premises. Now, on the 20th of December, the bank even notified me that Hines Handyman Services attempted to move $1500 from my account. Prior to this, I had already given him monies to start the project. I have tried to contact him quite a few times but no answer or response to text messages. Gene Hines Jr. has fake information on his website www.fxins1234.com and a fake license number to further deceive innocent people. I, also sent an official letter to return personal property. To no avail, he totally ignored all of my correspondences. Moreover, I gave him no reason to treat me this way. I’m appalled and disdained with this industry. Not only did he steal from me, Gene Hines Jr. of Hines Handyman Services stole my ability to trust others. This has been my exasperating experience while working with Gene Hines Jr. of Hines Handyman Services.
