We had great experience with our studio renovation project. It was a large project that involved a lot of demolition work, construction new walls, ceiling, electrical and painting. The work was done very well and pretty close to time and expense estimates given at the beginning of the project. Would highly recommend Neill Construction for any projects, small or large.

After a water leak in one of my upstairs bathrooms, I had sheet rock, flooring and ceiling damage in one bathroom, three bedrooms and my garage. I called Neill Construction to help repair the damages. Not only did Neill Construction provided prompt service to repair my damages, they provided a very fair price for excellent work. I was even able to have Neill Construction perform additional tile work in an extra bathroom, which looks great! I look forward to have Neill Construction perform other home improvements in the future.

My new kitchen is beautiful! Mr. Neill is very professional & worked with us to get the kitchen just like we wanted it! He was good to give me ideas and answer all my questions. And he always made himself available to us for anything we needed! Top notch service!
