Hello my name is John Swartz. I am a general contractor and thought I would use this opportunity to introduce myself, share a little bit of our family history and tell you about the services we can offer you. My family and I have been providing custom built homes and home renovations for over 70 years. My Grandfather, William C. Swartz and his brother John M. Swartz began in Vinland NJ, with hardwood floors, trim and building construction. My father, William D. Swartz, (WDS Custom Wood Works) specialized in; custom cabinetry, spiral stairs, trim and general construction management. Today we are Dreamswork Construction. We have been here in West Michigan since 1993. "Dreamswork" is the next generation, and was established, licensed, and insured here in 2010. This is a new beginning with 70 years of established family values. At Dreamswork Construction, it's simple. Integrity is our mission statement. We will meet or exceed our customers' expectations. We build to the existing codes, laws, proper permits and inspections. We document and insure right practices and trade craftsmanship to safeguard and please our customers.
