Removed old windows and infill with new walls and windows to meet current energy codes. Insulated new in filled walls and all old exterior walls to improve building performance. Removes all interior walls and exterior siding in metal building area. Raised the gym floor by filling it in with 850 cubic yards of sand and pouring new concrete slab to meet current ADA-accessibility codes. Renovated gym into common gathering space for guests.
