Will Construction is a well known residential custom home building contractor serving Durango, Colorado and the surrounding area. We are truly a custom builder in the fact that every project we build is tailored to its individual owners. We prefer to work as a design build firm and are proud of the fact that we have never built the same house twice.

We have worked with Kurt on 4 occassions to update/improve our 26 year-old home. The first 2 times entailed poured concrete decks and connecting walkways (all colored, fibermesh reinforced with a marvelous finish). The third project added 900 sq. ft. of highend living space to the existing home. Project included two exterior decks attached to the house, and additional concrete walkway and sun deck. Kurt maintains good relations with some of the best subcontractors in Durango to provide almost seamless progress through the constuction processs. Our fourth project converted a basic, economy bathroom into a very nice spa-like facility.

About 15 years ago Will Construction built us a deck , added stairs to an existing deck, and put in sliding glass doors to access the new one. It still looks great! We make sure it is treated . I would recommend him to everyone!
