If there were more stars, I would certainly give Fernando them! I've used Fernando a number of times - he is truly a homeowner's best resource! He is professional, extremely knowledgable and skilled, and does high quality work. It always amazes me how well stocked his truck is so he can work effientially. I just recently had a repair that could have lead to a lot of extra time and money, but Fernando was creative in resolving the repair and it saved me considerable money. I'm very thankful for Fernando’s work!

Paid for services. But has not returned. It’s Ben over 90 days. 5 Stars when he was working 1 Star since he has a deposit of over $300 but has not returned to do work. I definitely would give 5 Stats if he returns!

Having several rental properties plus my own home I've worked with a lot of contractor's. Fernando is responsive, keeps you informed, and is extremely pleasant to work with. He also does whatever he can to keep the project costs down. He goes above and beyond your expectations and does a little extra where he can. When the project turns out better than the original work that was done that's more than you can ask for! I will definitely hire him for future projects. Our project was replacing about 20 ft of siding on the front of our house due to termite damage.
