After agreeing to do a job, Josh stalled for a week and a half before even coming to look at the problem. He either didn't return calls or claimed he was out of town and didn't have cell service. After finally taking a look at the problem, he offered me a few options and price quotes and said he would order the parts. That was the last time I heard from him. He dodged my calls for another week before I finally hired another plumber. Pretty much the worst customer service ever.
