FINAL TOUCH PAINTING

I live in Murray KY. I accepted a proposal from owner Keith Sallee to pressure wash and stain my cabin in July 2016. I also gave him $1250 upfront to get stain and caulk. After signing proposal, it took Keith 60 days of prompting to just pressure wash the cabin - which he did a substandard and incomplete job using wrong type of material to treat the cabin wood. Afterwards, I could not get him to come back to start the job. After 90 days, I asked for a refund and he stalled, then refused to give my money back. He even had his wife and co-worker make excuses for him as to why he could not begin the job. I went to court in January 2017 and received a judgement against him for my refund and court costs. I have since had a collection agency attempt to get my money back. Do not use this company/proprietor for anything! He is a fraud.
