Steer clear!! We had him replace the bottom panel on our garage door because it was bent. He ordered the wrong panel, it was insulated when the other 3 panels were not and it was too big. He tried to charge us double what he quoted because again, it was insulated when it wasn't supposed to be. Also because it was too big it bent the top panel when it closed and made the entire door bow inward which put stress on the tracks, eventually ruining the entire door. We were very nice to him and asked him to simply correct his mistake by removing the wrong panel and putting on the correct one. We even paid the labor part of the bill but wouldn't pay for the panel until it was made right. He literally would hang up on us when we called so we walked into his office and he ignored us like we weren't standing there. Craziest thing I've ever experienced. Next thing we knew he slapped a lien on our house which we had dismissed because he was in the wrong, only reason I didn't sue him is it wasn't worth my time or energy. He ended up costing us an entire new door and tracks. Terrible person! I've heard a lot of other bad experiences from other people as well. Try Overhead Door out of Midland, we've had great luck with them.
