Drain King LLC

We had a backup in our basement. I called Drain King and they said they would be out between 12 and 2. I was pleasantly surprised because Bill showed up at 11:30 am. He had our drain cleared in 20 minutes. Was very happy with the service and Bill was a very nice guy. And he knew what he was doing. I’ve used them before and most definitely will again.

BEWARE.... Robert Federer - DRAIN KING PLUMBING took first time buyers money and the sewer line was collapsed but gave buyer a clean written report and only gave buyer a portion of sewer lateral video...A day after the purchase only to find the sewer was collapsed. Robert and his brother finally came back after days of sewer backing up and excuses only to make more excuses and leave screaming profanities and telling us never to call them again. Buyers are devastated!

Our Company, Alliance Realty Services, uses Drain King, LLC on a weekly basis. They are prompt, professional, and they really get the job done. We appreciate their hard work and the customer service they demonstrate to our residents.

A guy named Dee came to my rental home he was late and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL he scratched the toilet up he told us he probably fixed the problem or not he may have pushed the item all the way down. If the toilet stops up again to give him a call and he would come right back out. Well we called him he calls back again very unprofessional saying Yeah vs saying hey did someone call Dee he then tells us he's gonna come back on the morning first thing at 10am we had to still call Him 3 times and then he didn't show up till 11:40am and was very rude on the phone asked me if I wanted him to fix my toilet or not as if he was doing me a favor. We will Never use Drain king again. All because of this guy Dee.
