Working with our in-house design team, you'll be able to customize your building experience through the following process: Initial Design We will review your objectives, expectations, aesthetics, space planning, financial goals and schedule Schematic Design Preliminary floor plans, elevations and sections are designed depicting your proposed project Design Development Detailed design drawings are produced and interior and exterior finishes are discussed Construction Documents Construction drawings are produced and final construction costs are established In addition to custom residential construction, Tarter Builders is actively involved in building houses for low income families and other not-for-profit residential projects. We also take part in a government sponsored Weatherization program which provides energy efficient home improvements for low income families.
