This guy is also doing business as Codding Lawn & Landscaping, who was also referred through Porch.com. He took almost $10,000 from me and only completed 1/4 of the work. My yard is dug up, my landscaping is not done and he will not return my text or calls. Porch.com will not help you. Take my word for it, avoid porch and this guy like the plague. I did not do my due diligence because I thought porch.com vetted these people. They do not-you the customer are the background check. So what good is porch.com ? Absolutely of no worth other than to give you a false sense of security.

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with in my life. James is a truck driver who tries to subcontract work to random people he can con for a few dollars. I hired him to take out a tree last year and all he did was take out my gutter and trash my yard. I had to hire another company to take out my tree. Do yourself a favor and Google "James Codding" he has a wrap sheet a mile long.
