Master Bathroom- Highlands Ranch

Dec 2014

Customer demolished existing bathroom down to the studs. I installed a custom concrete shower pan, and pebble mosaic floor. 2 new shower niches for shampoo bottles, etc. New tile tub & shower surround and slate floor with slate base molding. There's a door hidden in the side of the tub for access to the water lines. The customer finished the project- new toilet, paint, vanity, lights, etc. A third party glass company was responsible for installing the shower enclosure.

Master bathroom: removed existing carpet on the floor, and installed new 12x24 ceramic tile. Removed and replaced the caulking & discolored black grout for the shower and tub surrounds, and around the fireplace. Basement bathroom: removed existing shower, and tile floor, as well as the fluorescent "cloud" light fixture. The floor surrounding the shower had rotted pretty badly, so quite a bit of repair work was needed to both the subfloor, and joists beneath. Installed a custom concrete shower pan with a pebble base. New 12x24 shower enclosure with 2 tile corner shelves & glass tile mosaic deco. New 12x24 ceramic floor. We worked with the customers own interior designer on this project. She had her own granite guy install new countertops for both bathroom sinks, as well as the "scotch & coffee bar", after which We installed new mixed medium back splashes in the master. We removed the existing sink fixtures, and sink tops in 5 bathrooms throughout the house before the new granite was installed. A third party also refinished the drywall, and painting, as well as installed a new light fixture.
