Rescue Movers 911

We received excellent customer service from the two movers. Bill and Mike. Super professional and hard working men. We have moved several times in the past and no other movers were so swift and proficient in packing wrapping and our belongings. I give high marks for Rescue Movers 911 for having two exceptional employees. They both need to receive bonuses and raises for stellar performance. I will definitely use your services again.

Hi All, Let me be the first to say I am not one to leave a review for anything (services or products) but i felt the need to leave one for this awesome company. There are a few things that made me essentially feel the need to leave a review, one being that I have used a mover prior to this one and swore I would never again. I won't go into who or when but let's just say PLEASE don't fall for the whole estimate no lower than no higher than. It is not true and extremely misleading. Now for rescue movers 9 1 1 they gave me a quote but it was a binding quote meaning what was on the paper is what I'll pay no more no less. The sales rep Derek, was beyond fantastic in accommodating where I couldn't move myself and needed help from a moving company, granted I had swore to myself to never use one. I will say I am so happy I made the choice to. Mr Derek gave me a very competitive quote extremely fair it was around even less then others. He didn't charge me extra for needing it done right away or used my situation to up charge me because I was in a bind. On the day of the move there was a gentleman by the name of Billy who was the head mover "leader/boss" of the move, he came in looked around told me I had done a good job packing and reassured me that him and his crew would take the utmost care and I could be in no better hands. I will admit he was right they treated my boxes and furniture like it was theirs or was new granted it may not be new but it's mine in to me is priceless and they made me feel as though they thought so as well. The move went off without a hitch Billy even stayed in communication with me the whole time, even when the move was over I had felt they had done such a great job I thought I would offer them a tip, they were so extremely grateful and because of that I was too. They even went as far as putting boxes were i wanted them and use door protectors, floor protectors and wall protectors. I really could not be any happier with rescue movers 911, I would highly recommend them and I would tell anybody when you talk to them you'll see why they are very honest very upfront and though it's not part of the job but a plus they're funny. In conclusion I truly hope whomever reads this takes this review into consideration, because take it from me it is complete night and day from this moving company to another moving company.
