Mr. Canizales explanation of the procedure was thorough and he was patient with our questions. Being that it was days before Christmas we were very thankful that he had his team out the next day to resolve our issue. The service was professional from start to finish. The technicians did a wonderful job! We highly recommend this company to anyone who needs this service.The best thing about Sniff K9s heat treatment service is that it's done in one day and it's taken care of. This was great for us because we have a large three bedroom condo with A basement. They also had the K 9 check the condo adjacent to us to make sure there were no issues. We were given peace of mind to know there were no issues.

My summer home on Cape Cod has many antiques and was built in the 1800s so I am very sensitive to heat. The Sniff K9 preparation was so easy, it only took about an hour to get ready. Everything was covered with special blankets so I had not one issue with damage. I'm so happy with the simplicity of the process. The crew was immaculate with their work and Mike answered my many calls with patience and humor. Five years ago I had the same problem in Sesttle and that experience was a nightmare with days of prep, laundry, and four treatments. This time was one treatment and the dog just cleared our place today! And I have a three month guarantee! All the other vendors only offered 1-2 months.

These guys are absolute pros. After two unsuccessful chemical treatments with a different company, these guys helped us rid of the nasty bugs. We had a dog come and confirm what we had feared, and we set up a heat treatment soon after. 2 weeks after, we had the dog come back, and no bugs. Finally our family is sleeping in peace. If you have bugs, don't hesitate!!
