Dave Miller Builder

Dave Miller was the low bid on my project by a good margin. Now I know why. From almost the first day he would use substandard materials, not get the required permits and continually "find" issues that he needed more money for. Now I have subs that he stiffed threatening liens, a half finished project and a building inspector asking why nothing was permitted. Stay away!!!

David miller is a con artist. He took money from us and ran. Lied constantly. Doesnt pay his workers and then tells them that we didn't say him, so that he can get away with not paying them. He took 9.5K from us and then demanded we pay him 10K extra or he would not come to work. Extorsion. Before you pick this guy, do a google search on him!

Dave was provided more than ample time to finish a kitchen remodelling project, but disappeared after collecting a majority of his payment but doing only about half the work. He did not respond to a month of requests to finish the work, leaving me to hire others to get the job done.
