lThe appointment arrival was 4:00 PM - 4:15 PM in order for or me to get home from work. Shandy arrived promptly. I knew the leak was somewhere outside of the house. I was concerned it might be the new water heater we just had installed might not have been connected correctly. Shandy verified that it was fine. He then used his equipment to locate the leak. He cut the smallest hole necessary in the wall to repair the leak. It took quite sometime to stop the leak as my house has had very creative home repair by the previous owner. The leak was stopped that night and due to late hour, Shandy came back the next morning to install new pipe. He also corrected the placement and assembly of the pressure regulating valve. Everything was explained thoroughly and I was continually informed of progress and consulted in regards to the next step. I highly recommend So Cal plumbing to everyone and will use them again when the need arises.

Joseph called and we discussed replacement via text. Water heater was installed timely and no concerns or issues almost a year later.

Joseph was on the spot to call and give me pricing over the phone for a new water heater installed. so many want to come out and look at the job first, i just wanted a price.

I was impressed by SoCal plumber's skill. They are also on time and keep good promise on the quote. They provided good explanation about the difficulties and volunteered to find the proper Sink Tank for me. They will be my plumber going forward.
