He's a fraud, currently under investigation for theft by deception, who does very shady work. We hired him for a bathroom remodel. After hire, he stated he learned his trade by watching YouTube videos with no other training. He was consistently late-sometimes hours late-and we thought we would never see the materials he was supposed to bring. There was always an excuse. His work reminded me of a child playing with tools with small boards cut here and there, with jagged edges, randomly nailed up. He did not have the proper tools to complete the job, as stated he did in the contract.. He needed a wet saw to properly cut the ceramic tile with clean edges, and instead used a skill saw which messed up the tile and made the edges rough and crooked. Honestly, i feel like he wanted us to fire him so he could take our deposit and run, which explains why we never did receive all the materials required for the job.
