Steven comes on time, charges a reasonable rate, and does a superb job fixing whatever issues I have. He gives great insights as to what my options are with cost/benefit analyses of different solutions far beyond what I as a non-handy person could figure out on my own. He's even patient and kind when my younger kids clamber to watch him work. Highly recommend him!

Mr. Wells showed up very quickly as I needed. He did the small repairs well but not happy at all with concrete/pavers work. It was uneven and mortar was left to try all over the pavers. I was charged $500 for half a days work including supplies. I asked him to return to remove mortar then I saw the unevenness. He offered to repair it for $600 which I felt was very ridiculous for 4X2 area. He did reduce his price $150 for the pavers. No probably would not use again.

Under Construction (Steven Wells) does excellent, quality, reasonable work. We live out of town and have been working on a project with Steven in Bristol. His communication skills are excellent and he finishes projects in a timely manner. We are getting ready to start another project with him. I would recommend him for any project, large or small.
