Roy with Hernando Handyman Services is the most unprofessional businessman I have ever dealt with. He contacted me, after I had put in a request with porch.com, and said he would help me do what needed to be done for my dying father's business. It is a month and half later and he is still jerking me around with excuses. The last I spoke to him as December 11, 2014 at 11:20 am and he told me he would be in contact with me FIRST thing Monday morning to replace the rubber piece in a business door. It is that Monday morning at 11:10 am and he has not called. I have called about six times this morning and NO ANSWER. I will be calling someone else. Roy is a sorry person as a "business" man and I DO NOT recommend you use him. Sincerely, a very unhappy customer
