Ken did our survey when we bought our house he did supply us with a survey document but he never stake marked our property which we needed for fencing reasons. When we tried to call him to ask if its possible to mark it he got extremely rude along with his wife yelling in the background. He said he didnt have to stake it if he didnt want to. Very unprofessional. Wont be using him for my next property thats for sure.
