RL Services has been a reliable company with efficient billing practices. I enjoy getting invoiced by email and online payment option. They are fair professionals. I am confident I can likely hire someone for less cost. But, with that, I have gotten less reliability; difficult billing methods and less professionalism.

  | Bishop Renovation | Apr 2015 | The front yard was very poorly defined, hard to maintain, and the soil was very low in nutrients. There was an irrigation system installed but it was highly inefficient. We added roughly 30 yards of new soil, 25 tons of stone for the ditch, and hired a concrete edging company to finish all of the defining edges. We also were able to save the existing irrigation system by repositioning and replacing all of the heads.
