I don't understand why I was charged for someone to provide a quote for the work. They did not perform any work other than to come out and provide a quote, but they were not even able to perform the work in time due to a lack of immediate availability.

Called and was told I would be called by the end of the week. I didn't hear back so I called a week later was told technicians were out & sick so someone would call back by the next day. Never heard back so moved on with another company
